I do track my calories, but I've accepted that if I have to manage my meals because I tend to over do it that doesn't mean I'm on the diet rollercoaster. No food is banned, I have what I want to have even when I exceed my calorie budget, but I track it so I can start to understand my patterns around food and my relationship to food. Now I've got to work on language around it... I still catch myself saying I've been "good" when I fall in my calorie range and "bad" when I exceed. I want to kick this judgmental diet lingo!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8241450536607462866.post-85096822630633984562010-09-03T22:34:48.221-05:002010-09-03T22:34:48.221-05:00Thanks so much for the award and for always leavin...Thanks so much for the award and for always leaving me encouraging messages!! I now have an "old me" and a "new me" way of thinking, eating and living.

Enjoy the long weekend and the run (and the sleeping in.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
